### ABOUT US
We provide WordPress themes and plugins created and redistributed under the GPL (General Public License) by developers from around the world. When we say “we”, “our” or “us”, we are referring to Pluginpress located at [https://pluginpress.online](https://pluginpress.online).
### ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
PLUGINPRESS (“Provider”) provides you with software and website services subject to the following Terms of Service (“TOS”). If you do not agree with the TOS, you should not use the pluginpress.online website.
### ACCOUNT CREATION
When you create an account and accept these terms, you become a member of our community. During your time with us, you agree to follow the basic rules outlined in these terms, so please read and understand them carefully.
### SUBSCRIPTION
When you become a Subscriber or Member, you can access our directory of items which must be used in accordance with the GPL license. Only real individuals using their real data can subscribe to Pluginpress.
### SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL
When you accept our terms and conditions of use, you are aware that this is a subscription and that it will be renewed according to the membership you have acquired. For example, if your membership is Standard (Monthly), it will be renewed every month and you will be charged the cost of it, but if it is Annual, the renewal will be after 365 days. All our subscriptions are for an indefinite time; none is for a one-time payment unless you cancel it before its next renewal.
### ACCOUNT ABUSE
Up to 15 downloads per day. This point only applies to members of the most basic plan (Standard). For other plans, downloads are unlimited.
Due to recent issues on the portal, caused by users who have used systems and attempted to abuse the platform, overloading the servers and harming honest and responsible users by using non-permitted spam systems for logging into the platform, as well as downloading resources in unjustified quantities, we have decided to limit downloads to 15 items per day. Members who engage in abusive behavior that harms other regular members of Pluginpress will be expelled from the platform, and these expelled members will not be able to request any refunds. This point reinforces what is mentioned below under “ACCOUNT TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION”.
### PAYMENT METHODS
Payment methods are by credit or debit card using Paypal, Conekta, and Stripe. Payment is in advance to access the portal, and a subscription is created, which will make recurring charges for the amount of the selected membership. Your subscription can be terminated at any time by going to your account – Subscriptions – Cancel.
### REFUND POLICY
Pluginpress is a portal that offers you a membership where you can access and download hundreds of premium resources. These resources are original author files. For this reason, the following refund policy is established:
When a refund applies:
1. A charge made by Pluginpress incorrectly, for example; a double charge, an additional charge to a canceled subscription, etc.
2. After acquiring the subscription for the first time and not making any downloads within 48 hours of the subscription.
3. In case of not having access to the platform and not obtaining help or response from technical support for a period longer than 72 hours.
When a refund does NOT apply:
1. No refunds are made on subscription renewals unless canceled beforehand (the cancellation must be on a date prior to the renewal charge date) and charged afterward by mistake; if this is not the case, the refund does not apply.
2. When one or more downloads have been made from the portal.
3. No refunds are made for errors, defects, or incompatibilities between resources, whether in themes, plugins, or addons.
4. Re-purchasing a membership counts as voluntary renewal and is not refundable. This non-refund condition is because we provide API keys, and you can copy and use them and then request to cancel your membership and ask for a refund, which is dishonest behavior that harms the portal. In these cases, no refund applies.
5. If you file a claim through PayPal, you will not be able to request a refund from us later; in this case, only what PayPal determines will be valid.
6. For changes in services; discontinuing an API Key or license, modifying the terms and conditions of use, or closing the Pluginpress portal.
### PRODUCT SUPPORT
The provider’s products and designs are provided “as is”, without implied warranty that they will work exactly as you wish or with all third-party components and plugins. Email support will not be provided.
Third-party products provided are supported by their authors and not by the Provider. Please review the support terms provided by the product author before purchasing.
### PRODUCT UPDATES
Updates to products purchased on Pluginpress, as part of your monthly, semi-annual, or annual membership, guarantee regular updates, without preset dates.
### MEMBERSHIP AND/OR PRICE CHANGES
We do not promise that any particular item will continue to be available on our website. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, in whole or in part, downloads with or without notice. Additionally, we may add new downloads with or without notice. Prices for any product are subject to change at any time by posting the changes on our website.
### API KEYS AND LICENSES
Pluginpress offers a series of premium API Keys, unlike many other portals. We do this because we acquire the codes by purchasing them directly from their authors. These services are temporary and may be discontinued on the portal due to policies external to us (Pluginpress), as the portal acquires them but has no agreement or association with the authors of the API Keys offered here.
### ELEMENTOR PRO
All Elementor Pro licenses we distribute are legally acquired directly from their provider, Elementor. Pluginpress is not related in any professional or legal way with Elementor or Elementor Pro; we are customers just like you. The licenses acquired by Pluginpress were purchased through the Elementor portal and are distributed under the GPL license terms.
Licenses for Unlimited Premium Annual Membership:
Members who acquire the Unlimited Premium Annual Membership can install unlimited licenses without expiration dates, as the expiration date corresponds to the end date of the acquired Annual Membership. This means that activated licenses are valid as long as the Annual Membership is active and renewed.
Abuse of license activation:
These licenses cannot be resold; each activated license must be activated for the purposes of the Member user’s only.
License requests must be coherent in acceptable quantities, meaning you can activate up to 3 licenses per day. Much more than that endangers our license stock and our entire community, so we may deny more activations for a day, or a month, and in extreme cases, we may suspend or cancel an account, deactivating all acquired licenses.
### ELEMENTOR PRO LICENSE ACTIVATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Once the required licenses have been purchased, send us an email to support@pluginpress.online with the order number and your username, the access details to the page where you want the license installed. These accesses can be temporary but must be as an administrator to activate the license on your site.
Necessary data for activation:
URL, example: https://mysite.com/wp-admin
User, example: pluginpress
Password: (it can be the one given by the system or a temporary one).
Important for activation:
1. Install Elementor from the WordPress repository in the plugins section.
2. Download Elementor Pro from this page and install it directly in your WordPress plugins section. Both Elementor and Elementor Pro must be active on your site.
3. Send us the email with the access details and the order number, and we will activate it for you.
The duration of the license corresponds to the duration of the membership; if it is not renewed, the licenses are deactivated, and their pro functionalities cannot be used.
### CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
Customers must create an account when purchasing any product. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and are not allowed to share and/or distribute their account login data.
Customers are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account and agree to notify the Provider immediately of any unauthorized use of their account or any other security breach. The Provider will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the customer’s failure to comply with these terms. Please note that the Provider requires all users to be over 18 years old to have a customer account.
### ACCOUNT TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
The Provider reserves the right to suspend and/or cancel any user account without prior notice, at its sole and absolute discretion. No refunds will be provided to customers whose accounts have been canceled. Examples of reasons for termination include: 1) Abusive behavior and/or excessive negativity towards the Provider’s staff and/or other Provider’s customers; 2) Repeated defamatory, malicious, and/or false statements, including slander against the Provider and/or attempts to persuade potential customers not to purchase products from the Provider; 3) Promoting competing products, contributing to software piracy, hacking, spamming, and other illegal acts; 4) The provider reasonably believes that your account has been compromised, shared with others, or for other security reasons.
### PRODUCT DELIVERY
Once the Provider has successfully received the customer’s payment, the customer’s account login information will be emailed to the email address provided during registration. This may take up to 30 minutes after the purchase, but generally occurs within 5-10 minutes.
### COMMERCIAL USE OF OUR GOODS AND SERVICES
If you are using our Services on behalf of a company, that company accepts these terms. It will indemnify and hold the Provider and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim, demand, or action arising out of or related to the use of the Good or Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, judgments, litigation costs, and attorneys’ fees.
### THE PROVIDER MAKES NO WARRANTIES
